Post successful transaction, customer shall get free additional talk time as per the plan of transaction mentioned below.

4. Within how many day(s) will I receive the free additional talk time?

On successful transaction customer shall receive the free additional talk time with in 24 hrs.

5. How many free additional minutes will get credited in to my account?

Your account shall get credited depending on the denomination purchased. Please refer to the complete table in Point 3.

6. What is the validity of free minutes which I received?

The validity period will be 1 year from the date of first call.

7. I didn't receive the free additional talk time? How will I get the same?

You need to contact customer service on 800-919-477.

8. Can I call other countries using these free additional minutes?

The same amount can be used to call other destinations apart from India. Considering the calling country rate, the available talk time amount shall vary.

9. Can I use this PIN even after I exhaust the free additional minutes?

Yes, you can continue using the PIN even after you run out of free additional minutes. You need to recharge you account and avail of our exciting offers.

10. I am an existing trueroots customer and want to avail of the offer? Do I need to open a new account or the free additional minutes shall get credited in my existing account?

No, existing trueroots customer need not open a new account. They can recharge their existing account by transacting on www.trueroots.eu using the same username & password or by calling CC # 800-919-477.
